  • Internet Connection: to enable the use of the GreenBox smart controller, we will need the name and password of your home’s WiFi to connect the device

  • Usage Information: We may collect information about how you use our website, including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on our site.

  • Energy Use and Equipment Information: Most of the information we would collect directly from you, but in some cases we would ask for your direct consent to collect information from a 3rd party, e.g. an electric distribution company. We use Information to a)  conduct, analyze and report on results and to modify activities based on results, b) to help with the installation, maintenance and operation of equipment; and (c) to create aggregate or anonymized data, which we may use and share with third parties for the purposes detailed above

  • Communication Information: If you contact us or participate in surveys, we may collect details from those communications.
